Elaborated in this example are the steps on how to copy (url) text from the address bar on the browser:
1. Go to the Home screen to get started.
2. Once you're in the Home screen, touch Internet to open the Browser.
3. Touch and hold the screen area that contains the selected text until the text is completely highlighted.
4. Touch and drag the anchors at either end of the selected text to adjust the selected area. You should see any selected text will become highlighted.
5. Touch Copy from the given Edit menu options.
Hint:
There are several available options to choose from after you select or highlight the text. To view additional options, just swipe on the bar.
Your device may contain more sharing options, depending on the applications installed and features you have enabled or activated on your device.
6. After you copied the selected text, open the location to paste it. In this example, press and hold the Home key to proceed.
7. Touch and hold the text field where you want the selected text to paste.
8. Touch Paste. You can paste your copied texts from one application into a text field in most other apps.

Another option you can use to view all of the recently copied text to select from is by touching Clipboard.
