Want to have more screens on your Galaxy S5? If so, then here's a quick guide for you to refer to.Aside from the main home screen, your Samsung Galaxy S5 has up to six extended home screens to offer more space for adding widgets, shortcuts and more. This means, you can have up to seven screens, including the main home screen on your phone.
Following are the steps to add and delete a home screen on your GS 5:
A. Adding a Home screen
Follow these procedures if you want to have extended home screens on your Galaxy S5 handset:
1. Get to Home and pinch the screen. Or you can just touch and hold an empty space on the screen. Either way does the same.
2. Scroll to the right, and then tap the + sign on a screen. Doing so will add a new screen to home.
B. Delete a Home screen
You can delete home screens on your GS 5, except for the default three screens. Follow these steps:
1. Pinch the screen from home or touch and hold an empty space on the screen (just like what you did first when you add a home screen).
2. Scroll to highlight or select the screen you want to delete.
3. Touch and hold, and then drag the selected screen to the Remove icon. Doing so will delete the highlighted screen from home.
And it's that simple!
