In order to take advantage of this feature, you need to configure your Samsung Galaxy S5 first to automatically answer incoming calls using Bluetooth.
Follow these steps whenever you're set to start.
1. Touch Apps from the Home screen.
2. Select Settings in the Apps menu.
3. Touch Applications to continue.
4. Touch Call.
5. Select Call accessories.
6. Scroll to Automatic answering option and put a check mark on the box next to it.
7. Select or set your preferred time on the Automatic answering timer.
That should do it!
