With Easy Mode, you can configure the Home screen layout of your Samsung Galaxy Alpha in a way that is simpler and easier to use.
As the name implies, the Easy Mode will let you use your device's Home screen using a simpler layout and larger fonts, thus offering you an easier experience. It's highly recommended for first-time smartphone users. In addition, Easy Mode likewise suspends unnecessary advanced features that may tend to confuse first-time users of the device.
Easy Mode can be enabled or disabled on your Galaxy Alpha. Read on to learn how.
Here are the steps to activate or deactivate Easy Mode on the new Alpha handset:
1. Touch Apps from the Home screen.
2. Select Settings.
3. Touch Easy Mode.
4. To enable the feature on your phone, touch Easy Mode.
Hints:
You will know if the Easy Mode is already activated or enabled when you see the radio button next to Easy Mode is ticked or marked (with a green dot).
If you want to disable or deactivate Easy Mode, follow the same steps from 1 to 4. You will know if the feature is already disabled or deactivated if the radio button is unmarked.
5. Touch Done to apply changes on the settings.
