You can do many things with the S Pen on the new Samsung Galaxy Note 4 device. With the S Pen, you can select and edit (copy, paste, look up, etc.) text on your Note 4.In case you need help in using the Galaxy Note 4 S Pen for text editing, here's a quick and simple guide for you to refer to.
1. Go to the Home screen, to get started.
2. Tap on Apps.
3. Tap on Internet.
Note:
For this example, we will use any text from any website to edit using the Note 4's S Pen. That's why we opened the Internet app.
4. Now, touch the S Pen on the beginning of the text you want to copy.
5. To select the text, press and hold the S Pen button and slide the S Pen's nib over the text you want to select.
6. Once the text has been highlighted, you will be prompted with the available text editing options including Select All, Copy, Share via, and Dictionary in the quick panel or pop-up menu bar, on top of the screen. Just tap on any of the given options you want to apply/use to the highlighted text.
Note:
You can copy and paste the highlighted text into another app or share it with others using the Quick Panel (pop-up menu bar) options.
7. To view all the available options, tap and hold on the pop-up menu bar (Quick Panel) and drag from side to side.
And that should do it!
