This is our response to a frequently asked question [FAQ] on Samsung Galaxy Alpha, particularly on how to insert the SIM card.
If you are one of those seeking for answer to the same question, then read on to know the answer and get helped.The Galaxy Alpha uses a Nano SIM card that allows you to access your wireless service provider's 4G LTE cellular network.
Read on to learn the proper way to INSERT the SIM Card into your Galaxy Alpha.
Note: Be sure to power off your device completely before you begin.
1. Pull the cover off your phone, carefully and gently. Use the slot on the side, and then lift the cover up and away from the device.
2. Next, remove the phone's battery.
3. After removing the battery, slide the SIM card into the SIM card slot carefully.
Be sure to position the SIM card's gold contacts facing into your phone and the angled corner of the card must be positioned correctly. Your phone may not be able to detect the SIM card if it is not inserted correctly.
4. After ensuring the SIM card is properly inserted, insert the battery into the opening on the back of the phone and make sure the contacts are properly aligned.
5. Gently press down the battery to secure it.
6. Place the back cover.
7. Finally, press along the edge of the back cover until it clicks into place and you have a secure seal.

Important Reminder:
Be careful when handling, inserting, or removing this card because the Nano SIM card information including its contacts can be easily damaged by a mere scratch or bend on the card.
