How To Enable Air View Feature in Samsung Galaxy Alpha

Advertisements

Samsung Galaxy Alpha also comes packed with Air View feature. This feature allows you to interact with your phone's screen without actually touching it.

How it works is that when Air View is enabled, your phone will detect your finger even if it's still quarter-inch away from the screen. Once detected, Galaxy Alpha will display information about the content you're hovering your finger over.

Enabling Air View in Samsung Galaxy Alpha is pretty straightforward. Just follow the steps below:

  1. From the Home screen, tap the Apps icon located at the bottom-right corner of the screen.
  2. Tap the Settings icon, represented by a gear or cogwheel, to open it.
  3. Scroll to 'MOTION' section and tap Air View.
  4. If the button shows 'OFF', slide it to the right to turn it on.
  5. Now scroll down to view various Air View options.
