Cannot Receive Calls from Certain People on My Samsung Galaxy Alpha [How to Fix]

Advertisements
Wondering why you cannot receive calls from certain people on your Samsung Galaxy Alpha device? More likely, there are some messed up call settings on your Phone app or perhaps you've added that number in the Call rejection list and forgot to remove? To make sure this is not the culprit, let us check on that first.

In case you need help on how to get things done, we will be glad to assist you further. Read on to learn a quick solution to this problem.

Start here whenever you're ready.

1. Touch Apps from the Home screen of your Samsung Galaxy Alpha.

2. Touch Settings to continue.

3. Touch Call.

4. Touch Call rejection.

5. Touch Auto reject list.

6. Now please check whether or not the rejected number is in the Auto Reject list. If it is, then select the number and then tap the Trash Bin icon.

7. Tap on the checkbox next to the phone number. Doing so will remove this number from the Reject List.

8. Tap Done to proceed.

If problem persists or a call from a certain number is still cannot be received even when it is not on auto reject list, then you need to verify your add-on service registration from your network operator/carrier.

If you are using an alternative Phone application on your Galaxy Alpha, then please check the settings for that application for any separate Block or Reject list feature that may be enabled or activated in it. If there is, then have it deactivated for all calls to go through.

Hope this helps.
